Someone may really love you. Like really really. Even if they scold you. Even if they throw tantrums. But they love you for shouting at them. They love you for doing things which really hurt them. They love you for falling & hurting yourself. They love you through vomit, snot & times when you are sick. They love not only you but people who are important to you as well. They love you for times you don't even look out for them or stand up for them when you really should.They love you for coming & going, at your best & even so at your worst. Some people have a bottomless well of love for you.
Their only flaw is not making you work for it.

saw this on partney's blog some time ago. makes me want to treasure sh so much more. realised he has always been there for me (except when he chose sleep over me), even when he's super tired from training or council or simply schoolwork. whenever i have problems at home or issues with uni stuff, he will always have sound advice for me and it just made me think how mature he actually is in his thinking.. i guess i have to learn to treasure him more and stop sprouting nonsense. he, who loves me for who i am. he, who embraces my flaws. and he, who has been with me through thick & thin for the past two years. thankyou dear.
and i hope you will have sufficient rest for your shin to heal.

hm. right now things on the uni front are a little messy. switching from nus to ntu most prob. am definitely reluctant to go, what with the friends i have already made from biz camp. but oh wells, when a rare opportunity like this comes up, it's hard to reject. even my nus seniors encourage me to go for it. so here i am, (already) embarking on the second chapter of my pre-uni life.. and i feel really blessed, cos everything seems to be going smoothly for me, which is something i totally didnt expect, what with my mum expecting me being unable to secure a place in uni back in hc. must really thank God for all His blessings during this period of time(:

harry's farewell ): though i have only known him since april, i can tell that he's one guy who's very dependable and extremely devoted to God. harry is a good leader who isnt afraid to serve. even though he used to be the CL at the ns ministry, he gives others a chance to lead by being a very background person in the cg (: do take care at canada ok? pls drop us an email every now and then (: take care!
class dinner @ toon's was a success yeah! (: but my jelly wasnt! haha made jello for class party but i didnt have much time for it to solidify. ended up bringing liquid to the party :D [and mr low was kind enough to write a note "beware! eat with caution." and pasted it on the jelly box. hmpf! he's a pigggg haha] placed them in the icebox under toon's suggestion, only to find out during dessert time that one of jello box has ice water in it (i didnt seal it properly) haha anw it was yummy right?!!!! :D am super happy i had this chance to catch up w sevenfive pple (: glad to see that the guys are surviving well in ns (well, at least they are still in one piece :D) and the girls are more/less settled down alr. class also celebrated apr - aug babies's bday (so i was included heehee) love such times when we can catch up and trade stories. and i think we will have soooo much to share after uni starts :D
